• Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password. Agents also provide RERA/broker registration details and company information.
• Verification data — one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent by SMS to confirm your phone number.
• Listings & content — for agents: property details, photos, and documents you upload; for all users: saved properties, saved searches, inquiries, reviews, and viewing requests.
• Communications — messages you send to agents or to us, including via our AI assistant and via WhatsApp.
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser information, and usage activity collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• Create and secure your account and verify your identity (including phone verification by SMS).
• Operate the platform — show listings, connect users with agents, handle inquiries, viewings, saved items and reviews.
• Enable agents to manage listings and receive leads, and to verify agents’ RERA/broker credentials before publishing.
• Provide our AI assistant (“PropBot”) to help you search and answer questions.
• Communicate with you about your account, inquiries, and service updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• With agents / users — when you contact an agent or make an inquiry, the relevant contact details and your message are shared with that agent (and vice-versa).
• With service providers that process data on our behalf, including SMS delivery, messaging, AI, and infrastructure providers (see Section 4).
• For legal reasons — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

To deliver the service we rely on reputable third parties, each acting under their own privacy terms:

• Infobip — sending SMS one-time passcodes.
• Anthropic — powering the PropBot AI assistant; your chat messages are processed to generate responses.
• Meta Platforms / WhatsApp Business — where you choose to communicate with us over WhatsApp.
• Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, and security.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session, and limited analytics/usage data to improve the platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any additional period required to meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations or to resolve disputes. One-time passcodes are short-lived and expire within minutes.

We protect your data with measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and hardened infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents where required.

Subject to applicable UAE data-protection law, you may request to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (for example, opting out of non-essential messages). Baitakai is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
